• The terms "reseller", "wholesale customer", and "provider" refer to parties that purchase products directly from us on a wholesale basis.
• We support resellers and providers that chose to promote our products and spend time with their clients in their local facilities to ensure proper fit, product selection, and client education. Therefore, we strive to create favorable local market conditions for our wholesale customers to resell our products and generate repeat business.
• We believe it would be counterproductive to support e-commerce resellers who are inherently unable to provide the same level of local client service. (a.k.a. internet resellers, online resellers, etc.)
  
• If we become aware of e-commerce sales of our products to consumers, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to immediately discontinue our supply relationship with any wholesale customer who is conducting such sales.
